Integrated Data Management Systems, Inc. (IDMS) is very concerned about the protection of online privacy for all of our website visitors and users of Account Ability software and services ("Account Ability"). IDMS only collects personally identifiable data, such as e-mail addresses, names, addresses, and the like, when voluntarily submitted by a visitor or user of Account Ability. IDMS collects this type of data when you purchase online or contact a technical support or sales associate.

IDMS will never sell or release any of your personal information to third parties. We collect this information strictly for the purpose of delivering the highest level of customer service and support. Your personal information enables IDMS to keep you informed on the latest product releases, service packs, website updates, white papers, tips, additions to the list of frequently asked questions, as well as any sales promotions that may be offered from time to time. You can always choose to "opt-out" from our mailing list by contacting IDMS at 631-249-7744. As a licensed user of Account Ability (EULA), however, all of your personal information will still be maintained by IDMS.

Protecting Your Personal Information
Your personal information is not maintained on any of our websites or web servers. This is done to prevent the possible loss, misuse or alteration of the information you have provided. Once your information has been received by IDMS, it is recorded on our internal servers, none of which is accessible via The Internet.

At times, IDMS may hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf. Such services include order fulfillment and print and mail services. These companies are only provided the information needed to perform the service. They are strictly prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

If you employ Account Ability's Electronic Filing Service and/or Bulk TIN Matching Service, all of the information received is automatically encrypted and password protected both at the sending and receiving end. Both of these services are provided strictly by IDMS at our main office located at 560 Broadhollow Road, Suite 109, Melville NY 11747. If you employ Account Ability's Print and Mail Service, each print and mail transmittal file is encrypted and password protected before being transmitted to our 93,000 square foot SAS 70 Type II certified outsourcing facility located in Fort Mill, SC.

IDMS reserves the right to change this policy at any time by notifying guests of the existence of a new privacy policy.
